Dane Cook would probably have a fecal field day upon seeing this towering pile of leather jackets stacked in the empty storefront at 130 Orchard Street.

With numerous merchant and boutique closures this past year alone, upper Orchard Street has been through hell. It’s a veritable DMZ out there, with pock-marked streets, numerous vacant worksites, and exorbitant rents. However, the storefront of one recent vendor victim is bouncing back as, you guessed it, another gallery.
