The official website has been static for months, but don’t let the inaction lead you astray. Hair of the Dog is thisclose to opening at 170 Orchard Street.

Cafe Charbon is long in the grave, but some of its remains have been scattered across the Lower East Side.

Even though Cafe Charbon vacated 170 Orchard Street months ago and gutted in the interim, its unique exterior had remained relatively intact. More after the jump!

Serious renovations are now underway inside the one-story cornershop that housed Cafe Charbon.
