This Christmas, don’t forget your surf board. A bundled up surfer girl was spotted on Clinton Street, walking through the tunnel of trees just south of Stanton Street. Off to catch that concrete wave. Meanwhile, this was the soundtrack in our head…

At first, we thought it wasn’t possible. Then we saw it. Yes, a Christmas tree discarded in a trash heap at the northeast corner of Mott Street and East Houston. It’s April! This beats last year’s record by a two-week margin (March 23).
