Next Sunday, il Laboratorio del Gelato will open its tremendous new space at 188 Ludlow, the ground-level retail space of luxury rental complex The Ludlow. Yesterday afternoon, we treated ourselves to two scoops of premium gelato and were greeted with a formal announcement of the Orchard Street farewell.
