Another listing at the Blue Condo just creeped into the marketplace, and it’s all nines.  That’s right, for an infomercial-friendly $999,999, you can be the owner of a pixelated 972 square-foot, 1BR unit with direct access to “one of two huge common terraces.”  Sounds noisy.

It looks like some brokers are finally acknowledging the disdain for out-of-context glass towers which don’t add any character to the neighborhood.  This notion is utilized as a main selling point for a loft apartment at 193 Eldridge Street.
