Rest easy, Delancey motorists. A few weeks on, the three hell holes situated between Allen and Eldridge Streets are finally plugged. We’ll see how long it lasts.

Ridiculously dangerous hell holes are quite ubiquitous these days. Both Orchard and Houston Streets have been affected in the past few months.
