We came across this bit of goodness from Stereogum last week, in which Black Flagger Henry Rollins rails against “young elitist hipsters” and “over-tattooed trust-fund kids” at Cake Shop on Ludlow. Back when Cake Shop had a record store in the rear. Punk rock, kid!

Hipster hangout Pianos is ditching concert promo posters for fancy window lettering at 158 Ludlow. Instead, it’s all about the menu. Fresh leafing recently applied to the glass champions its lunch and dinner options.
