The case of Incaze is closed. Incaze Jewelry on Ludlow Street is a goner, having departed Hell Square a few weeks ago. The store itself is now vacant with naught but its furnishings in place. When J.D. Fisk vacated 159 Ludlow Street earlier this spring, it was the the proverbial last gasp of the Dolce Vita brand here on the Lower East Side.
