At roughly 5pm yesterday evening, the Bank of America branch at the northwest corner of Ludlow and Delancey Streets (anchoring the Ludlow Residence) was the site of an attempted robbery. The troubled journey of the Hummus Shop at 101 Ludlow Street has finally reached its conclusion. Closure befell the late-night eatery this week, resulting in the placement of a leasing banner by Sinvin. Behind the glass wall, meanwhile, furnishings are awaiting the eventual removal. For awhile there, absolutely nothing was happening onsite except for muck buildup and outdated leasing signs. But that all changed a couple months ago with the start of the interior build-out.
