The corner of Bowery and Prince is a hotbed of activity these days.  Indeed, in the wake of news that Miss Hoe is set to open at 230 Bowery, there is more retail turnover to report just around the corner at 4 Prince Street.

30 Orchard Street to House Ground Level Gallery

30 Orchard Street, that tower of rust just below Hester Street, will soon house a gallery in its ground level retail space.  The marriage is only fitting – luxury catering to luxury.  While the storefront is still obscured by newspaper clippings, there are still details to report.

108 Ludlow Ready to Rent

Judging by the new Misrahi Realty banners hanging from its sides, it appears 108 Ludlow (aka 100 Delancey) is finally ready to rent.  Renovations, vertical expansion, and most recently, broken water pipes, are now in the past.  New apartments feature stunning views of the Ludlow Residence penitentiary!

Vogue Day Spa No Longer in Business

After years residing at the high-traffic corner of Orchard and Grand Streets, Vogue Day Spa is no longer in business.  The storefront at 322 Grand was recently vacated, with “for rent” signs taking positions above the entranceway.

Despite alleged setbacks from a busted water pipe back in January, luxury living at 108 Ludlow (aka 100 Delancey) is inching ever closer to a reality. Since that time, the “lobby” discarded its well-worn pajamas, as it were, and is almost completely dressed.
