Mi Casa Es Su Casa is officially dead in the water. Tombstone leasing signage is now advertising the space for the next (presumably) nightlife operator. Nearly a year into the project, the long and winding road is finally reaching conclusion for Mi Casa Es Su Casa at 140 Orchard Street.

Upper Orchard Street is swiftly transforming into a nightlife disaster, thanks in part to a plethora of incoming (nay, stalled) hotels and the advent of more liquor licenses (next up, Hair of the Dog).
