The new geographically-challenged Comfort Inn at 136 Ludlow is now open. We passed by the hotel last night, and noticed an employee stationed at the front desk, along with a security dude sitting on a front couch.

For too long, 136 Ludlow has sat vacant. Just waiting for the inevitable reveal. But few expected this bombshell. Despite some premature news to the contrary, the hotly anticipated Mikey’s Burger at 134 Ludlow will reportedly open for business later tonight. Regardless of this latest intel, however, signage from the former tenant, Rush Hour, remains affixed to the exterior.
