So sad that Motor City Bar is leaving the Lower East Side. It’s depressing to talk about.

It’s certainly been a rough 2013 thus far. Seriously, in the first six months alone, the Lower East Side lost (or is losing) some of its most cherished institutions. The list of victims is staggering given the short timeframe. Count ’em.
