For 245 Broome Street, the operative word is renovations. Both storefronts at this beautiful turn-of-the-century tenement have undergone a complete metamorphosis in the last year.

It appears a rather unconventional gallery of sorts is coming to the neighborhood. One that focuses on fetish and erotica. A tiny sign gracing the windows of the recently-renovated 245 Broome Street announces the new exhibition space – Munch Gallery.
