Yesterday morning, Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer announced the recipients of her office’s 2016 Capital grant awards. $30 million was awarded to, among others, 92 schools, 9 CUNY/SUNY campuses, 16 public parks, and 5 public libraries. Man Wanted for Sexually Assaulting Girl in New York Public Library on East Broadway

Police are searching for a forty-something man wanted for sexually assaulting a young girl (age 9) in the New York Public Library branch at 192 East Broadway.  The crime reportedly occurred last Thursday at approximately 5 pm.
