To be honest we did a quick pat-down to make sure all sharp objects were quarantined before entry. The last thing we wanted was to become the party popper by deflating the entire exhibit.

At first it seems rather preposterous – an Olek show without the token camouflage yarn? Isn’t that a contradiction in terms?

The mysterious placement was definitely no accident; there was an ulterior motive. One that involves the rather unlikely return of the Polish-born artist to the Lower East Side.
