The Lower East Tenement Museum alongside 39 other hopefuls is fiercely competing for the Partners in Preservation (“PIP”) prize of over $200,000 for restoration needs. Voting is 100% free!

Partners in Preservation announced last week that New York City was the chosen area for its efforts. Forty locations across the Five Boroughs were nominated as historical sites worthy of preservation funding.
