Plug Orchard Street hell hole … Check. DOT finally remedied the dangerous traffic situation in the intersection of Broome. The “Pothole Gang” is exactly as it sounds and really does exist. It’s apparently nickname for the DOT team dedicated to filling the plethora of potholes that pepper city streets.
