In a rather uncharacteristic move, the Landmark Sunshine Cinema is now using its structural bookends to push upcoming theatrical releases.

It was a bit unexpected. Almost an entire block of Formula One race cars and other types of exotic vehicles rarely spied on the downtown streets of Manhattan.

Taped to the door of 137 East Houston is this apology from the Landmark Sunshine Cinema. The issue stems from a recent film screening gone awry with late-night noise problems. Come next Tuesday, East Houston will be swarming with screaming teeny-boppers.
