Cops Arrest Bronx Perv for Sexual Assault of 82-Year-Old Woman in Rutgers Houses

Cops arrested a Bronx man on Friday in connection with the sexual assault of an 82-year-old woman in Rutgers Houses. Mott Haven resident, David Alexander, 29, currently faces charges of felony assault, burglary, sexual abuse and restriction of breathing. Playing Stickball on Rutgers Street [PHOTOS]

It was like walking into an old black-and-white photograph. A game of stickball on the street – outside Rutgers Houses – with the Manhattan Bridge in the background. A fleeting moment of old school Lower East Side. The Saturday afternoon block party was a NYCHA event complete with cookout, music, and tables of advertising.
