By yesterday afternoon, snow plows had pretty much reached the main traffic arteries of the Lower East Side. While still slick, Allen, Bowery, Delancey, and East Houston were mostly cleared. This sign dangling above the intersection of Chrystie Street and Delancey is an accident (ergo, lawsuit) waiting to happen.
