Subway Scenes: Corrections in a Kilt

This subway car was certainly in check on St. Patrick’s Day. Nevermind that it was only 11 am; nobody fucks with a corrections officer, much less one donning a legit ceremonial kilt and bagpipe. Likely on his way to the parade. No unruly St. Paddy’s partiers on this F train.
