When an empty bottle isn’t readily available for emergency relief, the standard issue shopping bag is apparently the preferred alternative. This bag of piss was hanging from the handlebars of a bike parked near the corner of Canal and Ludlow Streets. And, as is often the case, this particular bike became an instant trash receptacle.
