The Georgia Vintage fashion boutique at 27 Orchard Street shuttered earlier this month. Goods are gone and red pineapple pried from the marquee, replaced instead with token tombstone leasing signage. It took almost three years, but the commercial condo that Fat Radish calls home finally changed hands.
