In this down economy, it seems that traffic cops are issuing more blocking-the-box tickets compared to years past. Especially on Delancey during the morning rush, where we’ve witnessed two such citations in the last week alone. This unfortunate motorist was blocking the westbound intersection of Delancey and Orchard Street, and was pulled aside for citation. […]
