38 Delancey Advertising Verizon Droid

Some high-tech interactive advertising is now afoot inside the ground level of 38 Delancey, which explains the new touch-screen. The windows are skinned with posters showing app logos and the lame-o slogan of submission (“droid does apps”). No sign of tenants just yet.
