Coming up on the one-year anniversary of the infamous Cro-Mags Webster Hall show (they didn’t play), the band is suing former bassist Harley Flanagan.

Moments after Harley Flanagan went on a stabbing spree during the CBGB Festival at Webster Hall, Cro-Mags lead singer John “Bloodclot” Joseph and hardcore headliner Sick of it All both promised to return for the fans.

We were super-stoked to see the Cro-Mags play last night as part of the CBGB Festival, but our excitement quickly morphed to disappointment when founding bassist Harley Flannigan decided to brandish a knife in the VIP balcony section.
