In the weeks since fresh Marshal eviction papers were served at 208 Bowery, Yasakart has been operating its business in the ground level of the embattled Federal-style house at 206. The move was made official with an awning swap in mid-August.

While the Federal-style house at 206 Bowery grabs all the headlines for its swift attention at the Landmarks Preservation Commission, its immediate neighbor to the north isn’t as lucky. A tipster informed us yesterday that eviction notices were served to 208 Bowery.
